3.1 Users can submit requests for advice and quotes via the platform.
3.2 By submitting a request, the user agrees to the request data being shared with the sustainable partners.
3.3 The Savings Club is not responsible for the response, content, price, or execution of quotes submitted by partners.
4.1 Fees may be charged for using the platform, as stated on the website.
4.2 Payment of any fees is made via the payment methods offered by The Savings Club.
5.1 The Savings Club is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the platform, the services offered by partners, or the failure to receive a quote.
5.2 The Savings Club’s liability is always limited to the amount paid by the insurance company in the relevant case, or, in the absence of insurance, to a maximum of the amount paid by the user to The Savings Club for the relevant use.
6.1 The Savings Club processes personal data in accordance with the privacy statement, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
6.2 Data that users provide when requesting quotes is shared with our sustainability partners.
7.1 All materials, texts, images, and software on the platform are the property of The Savings Club or its partners and may not be used without permission.
